running web access service problem

Hi

I am trying to run web access service on my ESXi 5.1 host. I found the documentation regarding how to enable the web access service here. Following the instructions, when I write the command " #service vmware-webAccess status " I get the error "service is not recognized as an internal or external command"

where is the right place to write the command! should I write it in the machine I am using to connect to the host or is there any command prompt in the host by itself?!
