Only partly correct: Although Win7 doesn't support USB 3.0 natively, it is supported through drivers from the likes of Renesas and Intel. The problem is that Fusion utilises its own USB 3 device ID or whatchamacallit. So ideally VMware should make their own USB 3.0 driver for Windows 7.
